Deep changes in the energy market are happening, and decades of research on fuel cells have demonstrated their reliability and their ecological benefits. Today’s systems need extremely pure and thus expensive hydrogen. Systems capables of using various hydrogen sources, like the one generated from natural gaz, are currently being developped. As of today, there is however no well-suited material for those systems . HYCCO is currently tackling this challenge and already managed to produce break through fuel cell components that are thinner, lighter and resilient. HYCCO plans to be a major actor in composite fuel cell components by proposing services to integrate its own technology in existing systems, and developing its own fuel cell proprietary architecture.
