Since 2004, the World University Ranking by Times Higher Education has ranked the world’s best universities. This year, it ranked 1,396 schools and universities.

After IMT Atlantique made its first-time appearance in 2019, two other IMT schools have now been featured in this prestigious ranking: Télécom Paris and Mines Saint-Etienne.

Télécom Paris ranked 188, IMT Atlantique in the 350-400 range and Mines Saint-Etienne in the 401-500 range.

Notable thematic rankings:

  • 49th place for IMT Atlantiquein the ranking for the transfer of knowledge to industry (industry income),
  • 287th place for Mines Saint-Etiennein the ranking for international outlook,
  • 176th place for Télécom Parisin the ranking for quality of training.

At the national level, 38 universities and engineering schools were listed in the ranking, with Télécom Paris, IMT Atlantique and Mines Saint-Etienne positioned in 5th, 12th and 14th place.
