Priority 1: Get all levels of the organization involved

Governance is shifting towards a principle of consultation and cooperation between the management, staff, faculty, researchers and students across all IMT schools.

Since the co-construction day held on 4 June 2020 which gave students the opportunity to express their views on the evolution of their academic programs, students have formed a representative body that has a vote on IMT’s Board of Directors for strategic decisions.

Teams dedicated to transition have been active on each campus for many years. Examples include the DDRS label obtained by several IMT schools, advancing in THE Impact Ranking 2021, the new ranking for UN sustainable development goals.

A faculty and staff training plan is being finalized : it will offer a 3-step professional development program (awareness, accountability, action) for all IMT employees who wish to learn more about ecological and social transition and include these aspects in their work.
