Symposium | Business, responsibility and civilization: is a new cycle possible?
The symposium will focus on the links between business and civilization and new corporate responsibilities. It will seek to better understand how, since its emergence and throughout the 20th century, business has at once been a purpose, a driver and a destroyer of civilization. It will also attempt to provide an overview of corporate reform efforts undertaken in France and abroad, which, such as the PACTE law, recognize businesses’ civilizational responsibility. On Friday 31 May, Francis Jutand, Deputy Executive Director of IMT, will give a talk on digitization and the new prospects it opens up.
