On 9 October 2018, the French National Assembly adopted the PACTE law introducing benefit corporations to French law. This conference-debate aims to address the implementation of this new status in companies wishing to follow this path. What is the content and scope of this new status? How has it been received and understood? What are the right methods and tools to face the challenges of such a mission?
