Reducing waste and eating for less | An evening with Lucie Basch, founder of Too Good To Go – Paris (at Mines ParisTech)

Ten million tonnes of food are thrown away every year in France. Lucie, a young engineer, was concerned about this waste and decided to quit her job in the agro-food industry to create a platform bringing together shop owners who have unsold items at the end of the day with local inhabitants wanting to buy these goods at a low price. Conference organized by Pollen, the Mines ParisTech entrepreneurial cluster, along with Innovation and Entrepreneurship students.

At 6.30pm, at Mines ParisTech, 60 bd Saint-Michel, Paris 6th
