13th Télécom ParisTalks meeting | 5G: Evolution or Revolution?

Standards are being finalized, stakeholders (operators, manufacturers, service providers) are ready, researchers are dreaming up new uses, numerous experiments are being announced and the authorities are preparing the regulatory framework and the allocation of frequencies. But what is 5G?  Is it simply a new generation of mobile networks and services?  Or, is it a new ecosystem that allows for new uses, like those that we are just beginning to imagine?
