SAMPE PhD student competition and conference-debate on materials and processes careers of the future

Mines Saint-Étienne will host the SAMPE France (Society for the Advancement of Material Process Engineering) PhD student competition. The two finalists of these French selections will take part in SAMPE Europe in Southampton in September. As part of SAMPE France 2018, a representative from the aeronautics industry will present a conference-debate on the materials and processes careers of the future on March 22 in the afternoon. The competition itself (presentations) will take place the morning of March 23. Two 2018 winners will be chosen out of the 8 PhD students selected to participate based on their applications (application deadline 03/09/2017).
