In keeping with the principles of one of the fathers of modern management techniques, a former student of the school (1841-1925), Institut Henri Fayol has a focus on corporate performance with a broad systematic approach, with the aim of designing the organization of the future, with an emphasis on societal responsibility and sustainable development. The international scientific event with a multi-disciplinary approach will take place as part of the celebration of Ecole des Mines St-Etienne’s 200th anniversary in 2016.
