Rachel Fracz-Vitani appointed Secretary-General of IMT

Rachel Fracz-Vitani

By a ruling of the Ministry for Economy, Industrial Renewal and Digital Economy, Rachel Fracz-Vitani has been appointed Secretary-General of IMT. She assumed her duties on 1st August 2014.

Biography in brief

Aged 43, Rachel Fracz-Vitani is a graduate of the Institut Régional d’Administration in Lille.

She started her career as Head of Correspondence and Written Questions in the Cabinet Office at the Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry, before joining the Budget Directorate as an editor. She left the ministry in 2002 to work at Mines Saint-Etienne, first as a deputy to the Secretary-General and then as Secretary-General.

Rachel Fracz-Vitani is a Chevalier de l’Ordre des Palmes académiques (Knight of the Order of Academic Palms).
