Gerhard A. Holzapfel, new Doctor honoris causa of IMT

On Wednesday, June 19th, Gerhard A. Holzapfel, an Austrian specialist in biomedical engineering, was awarded an honorary doctorate during a ceremony at Mines Saint-Étienne.

This scientist received the highest distinction from French universities, which honors foreign individuals for their outstanding contributions to science, literature, the arts, France, or the university.
