Creation of the “Université Paris-Saclay”, community of Universities and Institutions, of which IMT is a founding member

The decree for the creation of the ComUE “Université Paris-Saclay” was published in the Official Journal of 31^st December 2014. It renders official the birth of the University of Paris-Saclay, an institution uniting higher education and research establishments, using a model that is both understandable and competitive at international level.

IMT is a member of the University of Paris-Saclay through its Télécom Paris and Télécom SudParis schools.

These two bodies, which have already had a presence on the Paris-Saclay campus within Nano-INNOV since 2012, will move in 2019 into the new building that will be constructed in Palaiseau to accommodate all of Télécom Paris, Télécom SudParis activities and the IMT general management.
