IMT’s eco-designed, traveling exhibition
IMT’s “The Sciences at IMT” exhibition is coming to a brand-new venue: the Palaiseau campus, in the Télécom Paris hall.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to explore an exhibition devoted to the major scientific challenges facing Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) :
- Responsible industry of the future
- Digital sovereignty and sufficiency
- Energy, circular economy and society
- Engineering for health and well-being
A modular, eco-friendly and bilingual exhibition, open to all
Designed as a bilingual visitor’s tour in 20 steps — with 20 themed panels! — this is an exceptionally dynamic tool for communication and scientific mediation.
As visitors wander from one panel to the next, they are invited to discover and learn about the diversity and wealth of research carried out at IMT. The exhibition encourages dialog, shines a spotlight on our research and clearly illustrates our strategic directions.
It is a modular exhibition that can be adapted to the different venues, with 10 double-sided displays and a set of 20 eco-designed panels. The exhibition was designed with protection for the environment in mind, in keeping with IMT’s commitment to the ecological transition and sustainable development.

From one IMT campus to the next
Since October, “The Sciences at IMT” has been traveling around the group’s technological universities meeting all the different people at each one: staff, students, PhD students, partners, and visitors, from France and further afield!
The exhibition has become one of IMT’s iconic events. Thanks in particular to the launch of our global outreach efforts, the first one was held at IMT Mines Albi, for the IMT Global Partners event bringing together IMT’s international academic partners. The perfect way to shed light on our efforts, and an opportunity for scientific and strategic discussions!
Not to mention participation in French Industry Week: IMT Nord Europe was the next venue to host the exhibition as part of Industry Week, providing an excellent opportunity to raise awareness among the general public, school children and visitors curious to find out more about the issues involved in the scientific research carried out at IMT. This festive and educational approach made it possible to reach a broad and diverse audience.
And this was just the beginning of the journey around IMT universities! Next stop: Évry, at the Télécom SudParis and Institut Mines-Télécom Business School campuses!
