The Institut Mines-Télécom is stepping up its strategy to train more graduates with the launch of a national academic network in partnership with Arts et Métiers. The RéCLasSIF project will create a network of 15 Centres of Excellence dedicated to the Industry of the Future, designed to accelerate innovation and the digital and environmental transition in French industry.

Arts et Métiers and the IMT will present the project on Monday 7 July 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, during a dedicated launch event.
€15 Million to Launch a National Academic Network with Arts et Métiers
With a budget of €15 million over 5 years, funded by the France 2030 programme, Arts et Métiers and the Institut Mines-Télécom are launching RéCLasSIF (Réseau de Campus Labellisés Solutions pour l’Industrie du Futur) under the aegis of the Strategic Sector Committee “Solutions Industrie du Futur” (S-I-F).
The project’s objective: to deploy a network offering 15 academic and technology transfer Centres of Excellence dedicated to the Industry of the Future, distributed throughout France.
- IMT partners : IMT Atlantique, IMT Mines Albi, IMT Mines Alès, IMT Nord Europe, Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, Mines Saint-Étienne, Télécom Paris, Télécom SudParis, EURECOM, and InSIC.
- Arts et Métiers campuses : Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Bordeaux-Talence, Châlons-en-Champagne, Cluny, Lille, Metz, and Paris.

Over 10,000 learners will be able to follow training programmes focused on developing innovations for the industry of the future, starting with an initial portfolio of 32 projects. These cover fields such as:
- Energy optimisation of networks and digital tools
- Resource-efficient, high-performance industrial systems
- New business models
