IMT has officially taken on board the 20 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct introduced by the European Commission for recruiting researchers, as part of the HRS4R certification.
This commitment marks a step forward in IMT’s human resources for research strategy, in line with the goal to attract and retain talent, and to strengthen its positioning on a European scale.
HRS4R accreditation: an opportunity for IMT
Besides continuous improvement, this approach also offers us a structuring opportunity: to analyze our practices in depth, identify any gaps with European recommendations, and build an action plan to bridge them. This is a real strategic alignment with best HR practices in research on a European scale.
By joining the community of certified institutions, IMT is positioning itself as a responsible, open and attractive player.
The next step: as of April 4, 2025, IMT has 12 months to prepare and submit its full application for the HRS4R label.
