IMT has taken a further step towards inclusion with the adoption of its 2026–2029 Disability Master Plan. Its ambition is to strengthen equity, accessibility and support for all members of its community, both students and staff.
A strategic framework for inclusion
This shared strategic framework is designed to structure and reinforce actions across IMT, ensuring continuous improvement and greater consistency between its Technological Universities.
Supported by an annual steering committee, the plan will engage all stakeholders: management teams, faculty members, administrative staff, and disability and student representatives. The master plan aims to:
- Promote the inclusion of all members of the IMT community;
- Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the French Disability Act of 12 February 2005;
- Define clear priorities and measurable objectives as part of a continuous improvement process;
- Ensure coherent action by involving all stakeholders (staff, students, management, faculty members and partners).
A collective and evolving approach
This common framework will consolidate existing measures, enhance the accessibility of learning and working environments, and ensure the coherence of future initiatives across IMT.
The master plan forms part of a broader equality and prevention strategy promoted by IMT. It complements existing initiatives, including the plan to combat harassment, gender-based and sexual violence, and discrimination, helping to ensure a respectful and safe learning and working environment for all.
