The latest scientific and technological news from IMT

    • How can acidic gases be separated from natural gas, solvents capable of capturing CO₂ be modeled, and the associated industrial processes be designed? For more than twenty years, Christophe Coquelet, now a researcher at IMT Mines Albi, has been exploring these questions at the intersection of thermodynamics, process engineering, and the […]
    • “Edge computing”, which was initially developed to make big data processing faster and more secure, has now been combined with AI to offer a cloud-free solution. Everyday connected appliances from dishwashers to cars or smartphones are examples of how this real-time data processing technology operates by letting machine learning models run […]
    • Organizations today are undergoing rapid transformations: digitalization, industrial transitions, and new forms of management. How can we understand these changes and implement them more effectively? Through the platform “L'Odyssée des mondes sociaux du travail" (The Odyssey of the social worlds of work), sociologists offer an educational journey inspired by Odysseus’ voyage […]

IMT symposiums

An opportunity to review the work being done in IMT’s research themes

IMT symposiums on specific topics allow research professors to meet, discuss and plan future collaborations.

They are also regular opportunities to spotlight the work carried out in our schools’ research themes.

Members of IMT’s Scientific Advisory Board also take part in these events to develop recommendations for strategic directions for research at IMT Technological Universities.
