IMT’s International Recruitments

Every year, IMT welcomes international students from China, Colombia and Brazil who wish to broaden their experience in engineering programmes at a prestigious French technological institute. This study abroad experience will enable you to deepen your knowledge in a wide range of fields, whilst discovering France and its culture.

To facilitate your exchange, IMT has representatives in these three countries, ensuring you receive support throughout the process. Candidates join the programme as part of the Grande École Programme, entering the second and third years of the programme (which correspond to the two years of the Master’s degree). Applications are assessed jointly by the schools, followed by interviews and a matching process between the schools and the students.

Our teams by your side

  • The partnership between IMT and Brazil is based in particular on the BRAFITEC program, which involves about ten Brazilian partner universities. This collaboration enables students to pursue an academic experience in France each year. Since the last three years, more than 80 Brazilian students have already been hosted at IMT schools, including many BRAFITEC scholarship recipients.

  • Over the past three years, more than 60 Chinese students have joined the IMT schools. These students are studying at our schools and on our campuses in a multicultural environment, across a wide range of engineering programmes and disciplines.
