The “Dare to Enter Industry of the Future Professions” orientation webinars

The orientation webinars are evolving to better fulfill their mission: to meet the people who are driving the industry of today and tomorrow. The webinars are an opportunity to take a closer look at companies to find out about their activities, production methods and the people who work there, with the aim of inspiring you to join them by discovering the training courses and details of the professions presented.

IMT’s Career Observatory therefore invites you to join us for this new 2024/2025 season, which promises even more people to meet and industrial professions to discover! Whether you’re a middle or high school student, a teacher, a higher education student, an adult looking for a career change, or a manufacturer curious about our companies’ business lines in our various regions, join us for these 7 meetings to interact with our guests, with the possibility of coming along to watch the show and take a tour of the company (subject to availability!).

The aim of these programs is to familiarize participants with the world of industry, its professions and the skills required by Industry 4.0, while broadening career guidance prospects in a dynamic industrial sector with an abundance of job opportunities.

Meetings with Industry of the Future professionals are especially designed to meet the needs of a varied audience, from middle and high school students, to adults switching career paths. This approach enables content to be tailored to each group, offering different perspectives and pathways into industrial professions. To provide this, we work closely with our partner ONISEP, who also attend every webinar.

Our aim is to inform and motivate people with all levels of qualification, from laborers/operators to managers/engineers, while highlighting the values of inclusion and diversity, particularly by addressing the feminization of industrial professions and the integration of people with disabilities.
