What is your project about?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At PGU MEDTEC, we\u2019re developing a design and application software<\/strong>\u2014a human digital twin designer<\/em>\u2014to create virtual human models and digital twins for use in orthopedics, animation, and industrial applications.

Any advice for those considering the entrepreneurial leap?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • For recent graduates: if you\u2019re not launching a spin-off, don\u2019t dive straight into deeptech.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prioritize the product<\/em> over the technology<\/em>. A real product is a prototype that can be easily replicated or industrialized at scale\u2014and comes with the required certifications to enter the market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Understand TRL and CRL maturity scales and your industry\u2019s prototyping benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If possible, begin developing your product before graduating, and think about ways to generate revenue while the product is still in development\u2014or work in the sector first to gain practical experience before starting your venture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
