IMT committed to gender balance in engineering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nWomen still make up less than one-third of engineering students in French schools.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
In response, the IMT<\/a> and the Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com Foundation<\/a> created the Ambassadrices<\/em> program: a training and outreach initiative led by students from our Technological Universities<\/a><\/strong>, aimed at encouraging young women to pursue careers in science and engineering.
<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn 2023\u20132024, 55 #IMTAmbassadrices took part in the program, reaching over 2,500 middle and high school students across France!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#IMTAmbassadrices 2025\u20132026: Applications Now Open!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The application period is now open. Students and PhD candidates from IMT\u2019s Technological Universities are strongly encouraged to apply!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
