His research covers liver transplantation, liver tumours, and the development of new health research tools using natural language processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prof. Marc Cuggia<\/strong> \u2013 University Professor and Hospital Practitioner at Rennes University Hospital and the University of Rennes I. Head of the Inserm DOMASIA team at the Laboratory for Signal and Image Processing (LTSI), he focuses on the integration and exploitation of big health data, particularly through health data warehouses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prof. Dr. Pierre D\u00e9chelotte<\/strong> \u2013 Nutritionist and Professor at Rouen University Hospital. His research addresses nutritional disorders, especially in relation to the microbiome and digital technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dr. Athanasios Kontopoulos<\/strong> \u2013 Scientific Director for AI and Data Science in Health at Air Liquide. He leads the strategic development and practical implementation of data science and AI applications, fosters skills development, and builds collaborative ecosystems in health innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training Talent for the Healthcare of Tomorrow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The symposium also showcased the health-related training programmes offered by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imt.fr\/en\/imt\/our-technological-universities\/\"> IMT\u2019s Technological Universities<\/a>, along with major initiatives in <strong>digital health, personalised medicine, and workplace health<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It demonstrated IMT\u2019s ability to mobilise its universities and partners around interdisciplinary projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal : to support health and environmental transitions with engineering solutions that serve people first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Strategic Event for Sustainable and Inclusive Health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This symposium is fully aligned with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imt.fr\/le-groupe-et-les-ecoles\/nos-defis\/\">IMT\u2019s 2023\u20132027 strategy<\/a>, which aims to help build a more<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imt.fr\/transition-ecologique-un-engagement-inscrit-au-coeur-de-la-strategie\/\"> sustainable, resilient, and human-centred society.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em><strong>\u201cEngineering for Health and Well-being\u201d<\/strong><\/em> theme reflects a systemic, interdisciplinary approach combining <strong>innovative technologies, social sciences, management, and strong regional engagement<\/strong>.
