Aliz\u00e9e Mesnard is fully committed to combining technology, energy transition and social engagement! Specialising in data science applied to energy flexibility, she campaigns for a low-carbon future through her work with the Shifters, her advocacy for equal opportunities, and her entrepreneurial project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passionate, committed and focused on making an impact, she embodies a new generation of engineers who are aware of the challenges of their time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button btn-primary\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ingenieuses.fr\/2025\/04\/29\/alizee-mesnard-nominee-eleve-ingenieure-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read her profile<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The &#8220;IMT Ambassadors&#8221; project, led by IMT Nord Europe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In France, engineering schools have an average of only 26% female engineering students. In response, the Institut Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com and the Fondation Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com have created a training and awareness programme : after several immersive weekends and coaching workshops, IMT students who have become ambassadors go out into the field, to middle and high schools in the region, to promote and encourage engineering careers among future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, 38 IMT students raised awareness among nearly 1,380 middle and high school students. This year, 55 committed students joined the programme !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, among the IMT Ambassadors, five engineering students from IMT Nord Europe made it their main focus, supported and accompanied by their school.
