Impacts: 22 PhD projects selected for IMT\u2019s funding programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new class of doctoral students to explore the major transitions of tomorrow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IMT, in partnership with the Carnot Institute T\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, is proud to unveil the 2025 recipients of its \u201cFuture, Ruptures &amp; Impacts\u201d doctoral funding programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a rigorous five-month evaluation process, 13 PhD projects have been awarded full funding, while 9 others will receive complementary support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This programme supports research with high potential for impact\u2014societal, environmental, industrial, or technological\u2014in line with the major transitions shaping our future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A rigorous five-month selection process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process unfolded over several stages :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>January 2025<\/strong>: Launch of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imt.fr\/en\/apply-for-one-of-our-phd-positions-and-join-an-ambitious-program-that-redefines-research-and-its-impact\/\"> the call for applications<\/a>, with over 40 PhD topics proposed by IMT\u2019s Technological Universities and their partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>April 2025<\/strong>: Shortlisted candidates presented their projects to a jury composed of scientific and institutional experts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May 2025<\/strong>: The final jury deliberated and announced the selected projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The closing event, held on <strong>Wednesday, May 14<\/strong>, also highlighted the ongoing research from previous cohorts through pitch sessions and scientific poster presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The 13 fully funded PhD projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is the list of PhD projects selected to receive full funding as part of the 2025 \u201cFuture, Ruptures &amp;
