On 13 and 14 March 2026, students in the Ambassadors Program<\/a> run by IMT<\/a> and the Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com Foundation<\/a> came together at the Maison de la RATP and then on the T\u00e9l\u00e9com Paris<\/a> campus for their second training weekend.<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This key milestone gave them an opportunity to continue their preparation, share their first experiences speaking in middle and high schools, and strengthen their commitment to increasing the number of women in engineering careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A weekend shaped by discussion and feedback
<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

St\u00e9phane Heitz, Director of the Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com Foundation<\/a>, opened the weekend with a welcome address.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the two days, the Ambassadors took part in several workshops designed to help them identify their strengths, refine their approach and build their confidence<\/strong> in school settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feedback sessions<\/strong> played a central role, giving everyone the opportunity to share their first field experiences and improve their practices <\/strong>through collective learning.

A workshop built around the game “Engineer: Why not me?<\/em>“<\/strong> completed the program, offering a playful way to challenge perceptions about scientific studies and careers.

A program built on mentoring and sharing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The weekend also featured discussion sessions with women engineer sponsors from the program\u2019s partner companies, who came to share their career paths and answer the Ambassadors\u2019 questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These exchanges fully reflect the mentoring dynamic at the heart of the program and highlight the importance of role models in encouraging future vocations in engineering.
