IMT stands out in the 2024 THE Impact Rankings: Six IMT schools out of 33 French institutions present

  • IMT Atlantique enters the Top 100 international institutions, taking 86th place
  • IMT Nord Europe joins IMT Mines Alès, Mines Saint-Etienne and Institut Mines-Télécom Business School in the rankings [201-300]
  • Institut Mines-Télécom Business School keeps its place as France’s leading school of management
  • On SDG 6 (water), among the nine French institutions in the ranking, six IMT schools are present, occupying the five top places.

 

IMT reaffirms its rise in the international THE Impact Rankings, which assesses the performance of higher education and research institutions in promoting the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2024 rankings highlights the work of IMT schools’ teaching and research teams, technical staff and students. The 2024 THE Impact Rankings recognizes IMT’s strategy in rolling out environmental transition initiatives in its schools.

The IMT schools in the ranking:

  • IMT Atlantique: 86th in the world, 2nd in France
  • IMT Mines Albi: world ranking 1001-1500, tied for 27th place in France.
  • IMT Mines Alès: world ranking 201-300, tied for 5th in France all establishments combined
  • IMT Nord Europe: world ranking 201-300, tied for 5th in France all establishments combined, world top 200 on SGD 6 (clean water and sanitation)
  • Institut Mines-Télécom Business School: world ranking 201-300, no. 1 business school in France, no. 2 worldwide on SDG 5 (gender equality)
  • Mines Saint-Etienne: world ranking 201-300, tied for 5th in France all establishments combined, ranked on the 17 SDGs
