Conference by Bernard Rentier on “Open Access, Remedy or Poison?”
This conference, organized as part of the “Open Science in the West” operation, with support from the Consortium Couperin and the Form@doct network of Bretagne Loire University, will presented by Bernard Rentier, former President of Liège University and Vice-President of the Belgian Federal Science Policy Council. The conference will be followed by a round table discussion between research professors, legal experts, publishers and representatives from institutional bodies.
