Annales des Mines round table | Should digital technology be standardized?

In this digital world where, it seems, “winner takes all”, does standardization actually do its job in allowing equitable market development?  The economic, political and social issues linked with production processes and the impact of the acceptance or failure of standards will be at the heart of the debate. The round table will address “standards” in the sense of “standards and norms used in industry, economics and services” regardless of the author, status or legal basis.
